Takamaka has been designing and running corporate events since 1994, with a team based in every destination — the people who know the venues, the suppliers and the real constraints on the ground.
We produce most of our activities ourselves rather than subcontracting them: inter-team challenges, murder party, escape games, city rallies, team cooking, along with rafting, canyoning, paragliding or snowshoeing depending on the season. From 10 to 300+ participants, over half a day or three days.

The choice is driven less by activity than by objective: bringing together two teams that have just merged calls for something different from a kick-off seminar or an end-of-year evening.
Sporting and playful tasks run in rotation, a collective scoreboard, a debrief at the end. The most effective format for getting people who don't yet know each other to work together. From 20 to 300 participants.
Puzzle-solving in small groups, indoors or across the city. Rewards listening and role-sharing rather than physical performance. Works all year round, whatever the weather.
Shared physical commitment creates common memories that outlast any indoor workshop. Run by our state-certified guides, with levels adapted to every profile in the group.
Evening and end-of-seminar formats, designed to unwind after a working day. Team cooking remains our most requested format for groups spanning a wide range of ages and fitness levels.
How it works
1. You describe the project. Headcount, dates, destination in mind, budget and above all the objective: cohesion, reward, onboarding new joiners, product launch. The objective drives the format, not the other way round.
2. We propose a costed programme. Activities, accommodation, meeting rooms and catering in one quote, with weather alternatives built in from the start.
3. One contact follows the file through to the day itself, and is there on site. You never have to coordinate the activity provider, the hotel and the caterer yourself.

An indoor alternative is built into the programme from the start, not improvised the night before. Murder party, escape game, team cooking and quiz formats work in any weather, and the local team calls the switch on the morning itself.
Yes, and that is the most common case. Cooperation and conviviality formats require no particular fitness; on outdoor activities we adapt the routes or run parallel workshops so nobody is left on the sidelines.
